Interesting. I'm of the view that first we win the war (like in 45/46) and then we prosecute. The idea that prosecutions will win the war is a forlorn one in my view. But they may just be part of winning.
If all these prosecutions fail and people see them fail, then that is one step further towards the realization that the only way out is through the people themselves. This is the great lesson that humanity is being given here whether it wants it or not.
