An independent and reliable method to determine if the COVID vaccine is safe and effective

Claims made by government agencies and COVID vaccine manufacturers about the safety and effectiveness of the COVID vaccine rely on data and analysis that is unreliable. However, by using simple surveys to collect the data, it is possible to accurately estimate the two key metrics to test the safe and effective hypothesis-the true rate of the vaccinated population and the relative proportion of deaths of all causes that are of vaccinated people. Careful analysis of the collected data can objectively and conclusively determine whether the COVID vaccines are safe and effective over time through comparison of the two metrics. Using a simulation model, this paper proves that just 0.1% of the alive population in England that is aged between 50 and 74 needs to be surveyed to estimate the true, monthly vaccinated population rate and 10% of the deceased population between Dec 2020 and Jul 2022 to determine the relative proportions of deaths in vaccinated people. From this data, an independent, unbiased determination of the safety and effectiveness of the vaccine can be established.
