I am a good friend with a director, whose company was delivering HCQ to the States from Europe. The ambassador was VERY active on this, calling frequently, and finally there was a delivery, with prospects of more. While the Trump administration idea was to deliver these to pharmacies, 29 M units first phase, in order to keep americans out of hospitals.
However, dr rick bright had a second opinion, pointed out by this interview and featuring an angry late Dr. Zelenko. The early treatment policy was gamed to late hospital treatment, which is too little to late. I guess it was abandoned when remdesivir was made "standard of care", read standard of kill. Of course, there was no need for further deliveries.
Dr. Eades had something to say about this: "The little medical piece I read said that a medical journalist surveyed a large number of Italian rheumatologists (the docs who care for patients with these disorders (lupus , other autoimmune) and discovered that none of their patients who were on long-term hydroxychloroquine had contracted Covid."
He also used some nasty words of this bright Dick Head. Not this one, though.
However, the MSM were also quick to announce that "the Medical journal The Lancet distances itself from controversial study on hydroxychloroquine" (google translation beneath):
The prestigious medical journal The Lancet distances itself from the study on hydroxychloroquine that appeared in the journal about ten days ago and was criticized. In a formal warning, The Lancet acknowledged that "important questions" have been raised about the data in the study.

With this "expression of concern", the journal would like to inform readers that "serious scientific questions have been reported to us". The editors point out in the short statement that the authors have now requested an audit of the study themselves. The results are expected soon.
The "expression of concern" is not as serious an exaggeration as a retraction of an article, but in any case it also raises doubts about the scientific work.

There was also intense criticism from the camp that is in favor of the controversial medicine, including from the well-known French scientist Didier Raoult. According to him, the investigation was done by "lambags", he said in a video posted online on Tuesday.
With regards to deplatforming and censorship, I very recently saw a chart that summarized what the 5 eyes countries (UK, Canada, USA, NZ, Aus) are implementing very soon: basically fines and possibly imprisonment for companies that go against whatever rules these gov's put in place.
We must be prepared because I think companies like Rumble, Substack, even X (twitter), free speech platforms, will be targeted. I doubt even VPN's will be useful as a work around.

I mean, seems like the data would confirm what they say. Then, some of them say, again, with confidence, "no trials have shown otherwise." Then I see all manner of data, from you and others, some of it even available to a duffer like me, that contradicts their statements. So hard to understand the level of B.S. afoot right now! Anyway, I have long been convinced on IVM, from data I gathered and personal experience. That HCQ is similarly effective comes as no surprise.
