Really nice summary Joel, thanks.

One thing has always puzzled me. Malhoutra was known widely as Mr anti-statin. In this regard, one would expect him to be sceptical of the covid vaccines - shouldn't he have recognised the cognitive warfare and medical manipulation? He didn't have his 'a-ha' moment until his own father died apparently?

It has been very weird seeing so many doctors who are awake on some issues fall to the covid scam.

What's more weird is people still not connecting all the dots. My friend is a great example as it happens. Totally awake with respect to the COVID jab but last week asked if she should have the flu jab! It takes time. There are decades of brainwashing that have to be undone here.

Compartmentalised thinking seems to be a protective mechanism. At one point it may have been advantageous but when the cognitive warfare is total we cannot think like that anymore. The future likely rests with those who can think laterally.

Case in point: I know a molecular biologist of academic esteem who wore an ill-fitting mask outdoors in the searing Australian summer.

One would imagine a molecular biologist would understand the size of small objects...

As others already mentioned, excellent summary, Joel. (AMD is a treasure!)

On the point of "connecting the dots" I have a pet theory. It always struck me that people tended to connect the dots in the wrong direction. Consider, in the case of the great covid dumpster fire, once one suspected the mRNA vaccines might not be the panacea they were marketed to be, he could begin to doubt previous vaccine marketing as the same type of scam. Or. Or. He could retreat to thinking, "I KNOW previous vaccines, like the polio vaccine or the MMRV saved civilization. Ergo, given that the same apparatus produced those wonder treatments, how can I now accuse that apparatus of being FOS?"

Either you realize that the "new truth" invalidates your previous positions, or you conclude that the "new truth" cannot be actually true. The latter is way easier, on both your mind and your ego. And here we are...

Looking at small objects all the time means one can miss the bigger picture.

I was prescribed a statin 5 years ago. I read one line in the literature and said no. The man I had been married to came down on me very hard. (complicated)

My body has always said no to any drug ever. Either before trying one or after briefly trying one.

I am outside the system now and have also simplified the question. As you said "everything is poison".

I admire your approach. It took me far too long to "just say no" to lunacy masquerading as public policy in Upstate NY, where I live. Even after I realized, based upon my own training as an engineer, and reading a ton of literature, that masking simply could not be an effective NPI, and was likely more of a negative practice, I was still physically and mentally fearful every time I went to our local grocery store without a mask on. After reading this I have completely cut out all processed foods - all sugar... and I have gone close to 100% organic.

https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/29874881-the-case-against-sugar

It was actually easy because 1. you realize they are actually trying to destroy your health (I suppose they don't want everyone living to 100 - for good reasons).... 2. Once you break the addiction to all processed foods (which are loaded with sugar/carbs -- even the so-called healthy ones) the desire to consume this stuff disappears. You could put a chocolate bar on the counter and I would eventually eat it -- now I have zero interest.

At one point I tried a cheat meal (which is allowed)- I used to enjoy a thin crust high quality pizza... I ate two slices ... felt grossed out ... and gave the rest away.

Zero interest in pizza now. It kinda becomes an obsession... a good one

Flu shots don't do much at preventing a flu, that's even well documented in scientific literature.

I was amazed a few months ago when I watched an old episode of a game show on youtube where contestants where asked 'how much does the flu shot protect you from the flu'. Peoples responses were 80-90%.

An aside: I caught a cold last year around Easter. I had been home alone for a few days and wondered how the heck I could get a cold with no exposure to anyone. Then it hit me: I hadn't been sleeping well nor was I eating my usual health diet for about 2 weeks prior. We all have all kinds of stuff inside of us but it only is a problem when we let our guard down.

Flu shots like all vaccines will cause disease to greater or lesser extent.

My wife only told me the other day that when she was first employed at a small private school in 1989 she had a 'flu shot. She promptly fell ill for three days. She has not had another. She felt she was doing the right thing at the time for her students.

That term of 150 boys 80 went down with what was called the 'flu and were sent home (it was a full boarding school then).

My wife had the shot at the school and so presumably the boys were vaxxed too, those that were ill. Parents would have been asked for permission of course.

Whether records exist of what went on remain I don't know but logic insists that poisons in via vaxxes means sickness.

And, I hate this so much, because no -- I am NOT a doctor - -but I hate it so much that I have realized I know more than many "experts." (and I know how to research and understand many, many things.) DANI! The same thing happened to me! The awakening I’ve had is amazing at 60 years old. You sound like me.

I have biomedical “credentials”, but don’t put much stock in mine or anyone else’s. My true education happened after I graduated university and started doing my own research. The things I’ve learned (and experienced) contradict most of the dogma and propaganda I was exposed to in school. There are more than a few Ph.D.’s and M.S.’s among my friends and acquaintances - almost without exception they are the most ignorant people I know. I have seen many highly intelligent people with advanced degrees be completely bamboozled by the propaganda and psyops. And they still haven’t woken up. Conversely, I have seen many highly intelligent people with no background whatsoever in science or medicine know intuitively when things are wrong, and educate themselves to a degree that puts the so-called experts to shame.

I always say what’s currently anecdotal will eventually be proven true. At one time it was akin to insanity to suggest there was such a thing as microorganisms or that physicians should wash their hands between patients. Ignaz Semmelweis was mainly ridiculed even though he proved that handwashing virtually eliminated puerperal fever in post-partum patients. It took decades for it to be adopted as common practice in medicine. What will future generations look back on as barbaric that we currently practice (or don’t practice)? I am all about empiricism. Most scientific/clinical research is invalid since it is agenda-driven.

Big pharma runs conventional medicine, which is why I see a functional medicine practitioner (who is also an MD). I reject pharmaceuticals and am certain everything we need for healing and good health can be found in nature. If we take appropriate steps to restore and maintain proper immune system function, there is not a single threat it cannot defeat, including cancer. (Improper function also creates illness, with chronic inflammation driving most disorders.) The human body has innate healing processes, if we would simply provide adequate support via diet modification, stress reduction, appropriate supplements, physical activity, reduced exposure to toxins, and adequate sleep.

As for coercion, because I work in medicine I was subject to a “vaccine” mandate. So, I uprooted my life and moved 1,000+ miles from my home, family and friends to continue practicing in my field without surrendering my bodily autonomy or God-given rights. It hasn’t been easy. I try to be thankful that I have a job at all, but I make far less money while working more hours, have less paid time off, fewer benefits, and I am SO angry over the many injustices. I am, however, happy to have found a community of like-minded people. Keep doing what you know is right!

You don't have to give away your location, but do you have any general suggestions for "like-minded" communities a person might relocate to?

I’m sure I’ve mentioned elsewhere that I’m in FL after leaving NYS. No doubt TPTB know who I am despite my attempts to remain anonymous, but I still need to keep my current employment!

Anyway, FL seems to be the best thing going right now, though I had no guarantees when figuring out where to relocate on short notice 2 years ago. There’s a lot of debate about DeSantis - is he uniparty, is this all a ruse? The only thing I know for certain is what he’s done to preserve liberty in this state and it’s substantial, including making CBDC’s illegal. I admit I’ve had some anxiety over supposed “proof” about him not being what he appears to be, but I’ve decided to apply the Biblical standard: you will know them by their fruit. So far, the fruit he’s producing preserves Constitutional rights and individual liberty.

Still no guarantees, but I believe I am meant to be here, and scores of people seem to feel the same way since they are literally flooding into the state. I see more patriotic displays here on cars and homes than ever before in my life. The grassroots efforts to ban “covid vaccines” as biological weapons is making tremendous headway. My primary “like-minded” community is online, but the mindset of so many people I meet here is WAY different than in NY. I’m happy to be here and the weather is lovely! (I live in a low-storm part of the state.)

And like peeling an onion, I find that sugar in and of itself is not the culprit for heart disease. It is poor energy metabolism. Yes processed sugary foods are bad but the polyunsaturated fatty acids PUFAs are worse. Eating keto can be helpful but doesn't solve the problems. This comes from the Ray Peat principles. Dr. Mercola recently discovered this. Check out Jay Feldman's web page and his "Energy Metabolism" podcast.

My wife has early onset Alzheimer's and is now at the end of the final stage 7. When she first became ill she still was taking care of her medications. At that time I was totally naive about doctors, medicines, and big pharma.

The medications did not help, she declined rapidly. When she quit managing her medications I did not notice for a while and then noted that they had not helped. I finally decided to clean up this stuff and looked up what they were prescribing. One was a statin, starving her brain of cholesterol, the other was a SSRI antidepressant, directly damaging her brain. One doctor recommended vitamin E., the only useful pill for her. I got rid of her pills at a kiosk for tossing old medications.

At the end she has damaged her skin by scratching and has a horrid staff infection. I just started her on ivermectin and fenbendazole. Ironically fenbendazole is a treatment for fungi, a possible cause for Alzheimer's when it infects the brain. She probably should go to a hospital but why would I trust any doctor. They are inhumane killers, jabbed little kids with Covid mRNA poison and killed and maimed so many kids with childhood vaccines, that more than 1 in 36 now suffers from autism. 50% of SIDS deaths occur within 48 hours of a jab, 70% within a week. There's more out there, but all the 95% pharma-funded journals will only publish data which implicates statins as "rarely" causing these problems, and just like the vaccine pitch, they continue claiming the damage is "worth the risks."

For my mother it wasn't "rare" it was 100% destructive. Within weeks of starting statins she started falling down, (balance was SHOT) forgetting things, and becoming irrational. Within 2 weeks of stopping the statins, her memory and balance returned. She went on to live a physically-active (with full cognitive function) life until just a couple of days before her death, just before her 94th birthday.

It just looked to me like a better way to go than to first spend YEARS in a cage (old folks place) wearing diapers and/or having an orderly bashing you over the head with your bedpan out of frustration with your insanity and incapacitation. My mom went out PROPERLY because we stopped the statins once we saw what they were doing to her. She lived in her own home independently all the way to the last couple of days of her life. Oh, and she died peacefully IN HER HOME with loving family near her. SAWEET!! ;-)
