Some of the extended elements/tests are self-explanatory like reverse effect. If A causes B and you stop A, B effect should reduce. If you stop vaccinating, the effect of vaccination (increased mortality, heart failure, etc) should slow/reduce. In a few countries were vaccination-adoption dropped, so did the excess mortality increases slightly and rates of myocarditis/pericarditis.
Other ones like temporality (where the cause and effect are fairly closely related increases odds. Ex. You take a vaccine, stroke out 2 days later. It reduces the number of "other possible causes" because how much could you have done during those 48 hours to cause that stroke? Its not like you smoked 5,000 packs of cigarettes over those 48 hours or consumed 5,000 lbs of sugar or drank 10,000 cups of coffee but you did take 100 mg(or is that micrograms?) of mRNA)...Whereas if an event happened 20-years later, who knows all the things you might have done to your body that could confound the result. Like maybe you took cocaine/heroine 4000 times over those 20 years (every second day).
