Dr Daniel Nagase of Alberta reviewed the document on Dec 13th last year.
In the first 3 months, over 30% of adverse reactions were unresolved.
3% were fatal.
The injuries include children and pregnant women and their unborn children.
Dr. Daniel Nagase graduated from Dalhousie Medical School in 2004, is a registered member of the College of Physicians and Surgeons in Alberta where he has been a doctor for over 15 years, an emergency doctor for 10 years and has treated patients in rural under-serviced communities throughout Alberta since 2015. Dr. Nagase was fired after treating three Covid patients with Ivermectin at the Rimbey Hospital and Care Centre.

This is old news, but it needs to be hammered again and again. It's from an FDA report about the Pfizer covid vaccine trial. The report was released by court order after a FOIA request.
That's _at least_ 1223 deaths in the 1st three months of the rollout. So many were unresolved which also might have been deaths.
Combine this with no all-cause mortality benefit from the Pfizer covid vaccine and any reasonable person would stop giving the covid vaccines.
Just imagine what we will find in the 400k pages they are required to release over the next 8 months.
