Philippines had 42% excess deaths in 2021, peaking in September and inexplicably plummeting down by the end of the year until March 2022 when suddenly it matches the 2019 deaths within less than 2.5% variance... Now, December, only data to June has been released... last year data was pretty complete within 3 months from each end relevant end of month. What they haven't hidden though are the dropping births! While they can not register deaths (they claim preliminary data) they can't actually invent births that never occured. Instead they are patting themselves on the back and saying demographic transition. Latest fertility survey put fertility rate at 1.9, which they implied was close enough to replacement rate of 2.2, and no worries! Coverup? Yes, I filed a Yellowcard report in April 2021 for injuries related to first astra-zen injection but didn't find out until oct 2021 when i was applying for a vaccine exemption that most of the info I had provided over the phone in April wasn't included so had to update my submission. I had to then wait another 2 weeks to get an updated yellowcard report via email which BTW required a subscription to microsft outlook/office to verify security.
So from my own experience, I can testify that the Yellowcard reporting system is inadequate. Thus many applications for vaccine exemption were probably turned down because the Yellowcard report left off many details and injuries. I checked first.

I had a reactkon to antibiotics back in 2014 and my GP wanted to record it in the Yellow Card System.
She was completing it while I was still in the appointment and on several occasions got "stuck" on what to do because of the format of the website.
