It's true the TN Pharmacy Board will be promulgating rules for the ivermectin law, but the law is already in effect. Any pharmacy can enter into a collaborative agreement with a physician to dispense ivermectin over-the-counter after consolation with the pharmacists. Certain steps must be followed in these agreements, but sales can happen. I actually was the first in TN to purchase! So far, only a few pharmacists and physicians have created and signed agreements. Many are waiting to see what the Pharmacy Board says. https://www.einnews.com/pr_news/572339675/ivermectin-now-available-over-the-counter-from-pharmacists-in-tennessee

I spoke to a compounding pharmacist in Tennessee they only sold it OTC for 1 week and then decided to temporarily stop because they needed to decide how OTC status will be managed. Whatever that means. The board that decides meets in July.

I am waiting to purchase OTC Ivermectin as a vote for freedom. As a general anti viral and spike binder I want to replenish my ivm stock in case of any future symptoms.

This is an excellent email, very impressive. 👍🏽 I hope many people who live in Tennessee send it to governor Lee.
