PANDA POSITION REVIEW - COVID-19 VACCINES
PANDA’s comprehensive multidisciplinary review has found that mass Covid-19 vaccination has been a failed experiment.
In case you didn't know, I'm one of the original members of PANDA.
A group of multi-disciplinary professionals, who perceived the global reaction to Covid, and lockdown in particular, as overwrought and damaging to the point of causing a great tear in the fabric of society, established PANDA (Pandemics Data & Analytics) in April 2020. As a politically and economically independent organisation, PANDA seeks to develop science-based explanations and test them against international data. Policy recommendations for governments and other institutions can be developed from these. PANDA stands for open science and rational debate, for replacing flawed science with good science and for retrieving liberty and prosperity from the clutches of a dystopian “new normal”.
This is our comprehensive review of COVID “vaccines”.
Mass public-health measures always involve a trade-off between expected benefits and known and potential risks or harms. Harms include both short-term and long-term or inter-generational harms (e.g. poverty). Separately, they must at all times comply with basic human rights requirements. These fundamental realities have been ignored in much of the public-health response to the Covid-19 event, including mass vaccination.
Vaccines, like all medications, have potential risks and benefits. When a new class of medication is introduced, risks of harm are of particular relevance as no predicates are available beyond the duration of existing studies. Such concerns apply particularly to children and pregnant women, in whom the impacts are less predictable and may affect development. The overall effectiveness of a medication should always be assessed through measuring its impact on all-cause morbidity and mortality, and reported as such when considered for mass use.
Where mass, population-wide medications are employed, the acceptable evidential bar for the assurance of benefit and the avoidance of risk becomes higher. For consent to be fully informed it must include full disclosure of all known risks, and make clear any areas with significant potential unknowns. Any coercion, anathema to basic principles of public-health and international norms on human rights, is unacceptable.
PANDA considers that the Covid-19 vaccines should be assessed in the same manner as any other mass intervention, and all implementation should be subject to these basic, widely-accepted principles.
In this document, PANDA refers to these products as “vaccines”, consistent with commonly-used terminology. However, this is not to be interpreted as endorsing the manner in which the classification of these products as vaccines was used to justify their regulatory treatment – especially in terms of the paucity of preclinical studies.
The novel nature of these products, in particular that they act as a pro-drug instructing the body to create the antigenic agent, ought to have mitigated against that approach, as should the knowledge that the lipid nanoparticles (in the case of the mRNA products) were designed to – and in fact do – become widely distributed throughout the body.
I didn't know you were a founder member of PANDA. They are amazing and their work and information shines like a beacon of light. I have followed and supported them for some time and their articles kept me sane in the madness around me.
Yet another brilliant piece from them highlighting what we know to be true. When is the propaganda and the jab everything that moves agenda going to stop though? Not only is there no sign of any accountability but the despicable campaign to jab people is ramping up again. I have had 2 calls and texts from my GP surgery already and all around me people getting flu and covid jabs together!
I just read the latest debate in Parliament regarding vaccine injury compensation and it says it all really.... Every MP who speaks emphasises they believe in that jabs and are pro vax. It like they are afraid not to add that mantra.
The findings of PANDA would not be a surprise to any objective, thinking person. The conclusions were wholly predictable - as the most probable outcome - at each step of the orchestrated governmental response. At no stage, from outbreak until now, did it appear as if we were heading in the right direction.
Commendation to PANDA, and to you too Joel, for recognising the desperately incoherent response from very early on.
We will now have to suffer through the mental gymnastics of all the 'experts' as they, ever so slowly, acknowledge the irrefutable truth. The insufferable part being the proclamations that it is only now apparent that 'mistakes' were made. It has been bloody obvious from day one!
