Dr. Peter McCullough, Dr. Aseem Malhotra two outstanding doctors who might have a thought on this. Also pathologists Dr. Ryan Cole and Dr. Arne Burkhardt have probably examined one or two post mortem hearts of those dying w/heart failure. Another resource for these questions.

On another subject, I spoke to a friend today with severe vertigo, this is the fourth friend struck down with this debilitating condition post third jab. If I as a layperson am witnessing so many adverse events including vertigo, what the hell our GP’s witnessing?

It's both. The spike protein has been shown to be directly damaging to the vascular endothelium (i.e. the lining of the blood vessels). Spike protein is manufactured in your cells if you get infected with the covid virus OR if you get the mRNA shot. There is one HUGE difference between the two methods however. If you get infected with the virus, the RNA from the WHOLE virus gets transcribed, so that your cells make ALL the proteins the virus needs to self-assemble into new virus particles. So MOST of the spike protein MUST BE taken up into new virus particles. At most a small amount is free to circulate around your blood vessels. When you get the mRNA vax, 100% of the spike protein that your cells manufacture is spilled into your bloodstream, causing vascular damage. That damage has been done to hundreds of millions of people already. I think heart failure rates (among other disorders like strokes, clots, etc.) will remain elevated for decades. The mainstream will exclusively call it "Long Covid" and censor the evidence that the mRNA vax caused the vast majority of it.

I’m skeptical of claims of vaccine benefits primarily because of the outrageous and heavy-handed way it was forced on us based on misinformation about its effectiveness and safety.

Is the "heart failure diagnostic clinic" a general cardiology clinic? Heart failure, myocarditis and pericarditis have different diagnostic codes. Heart failure is a chronic condition, comes on over years, not suddenly. It's my understanding from working and healthcare that heart failure doesn't come on suddenly, but is the result of a long-term stress on the heart over a period of years, where the heart is unable to circulate enough oxygen for whatever reason, and thus enlarges over time. If a heart is already under strain, myocarditis or pericarditis could certainly contribute to a heart failure diagnosis. Does this clinic just treat heart failure, or all cardiac conditions?

There was an early peak in ILI (Influenza-like illness) also in the last 12 weeks of 2019 and into early 2020, which was dropping in mid-January only to ride the covid Gompertz curve back up again. Is Poland going to be able to reject the vax contracts?

I will hypothesize anyone among the elderly who had a weak heart was outright killed by the vaccine soon after the shot. Hence the drop in referrals. it is interesting that there was a second leap up after a tapering off soon after the booster.

It may involve 5G rollout. The attack is coming from multi-fronts and multi-means.

I would think it's a combo of both. One thing though could the Nov 2020 be "leftover" from the earlier months? As in people had damage to their hearts and it didn't show up right away. I would think there would be some lag on this.
