Simple and obvious is best, I'll agree. But it seems that proof of causality for, let's say 50% of VAERS deaths, is too high a bar. We know from autopsies that the jab causes death, and more deaths than just onesies or twosies. We know that the jab causes myocarditis in significant percentages of the jabbed. With that, I'd take the McCullough-Malhotra criterion that deaths are due to the jab unless there are other, more convincing explanations.
We're two years into this "experiment" and there is no competing explanation to account for tens of thousands of deaths. Or wait - climate change, breathing too often, or what-not.

If you accurately define the terms 'safe and effective', measure them against some reasonable yardstick, it IMMEDIATELY becomes obvious that the Covid 'vaccines' are neither safe nor effective.
For example, it would be reasonable to assess safety by comparing reports of adverse reactions and deaths from other vaccines. VAERS and Yellow Card allow us to do this. No matter that the reports may be an underestimate because we are comparing like for like, apples to apples. There's no reason to suspect that Covid vaccine ADRs have been reported in exaggerated numbers compared to other vaccines, in fact there's a strong suspicion that medical professionals have been generally LESS likely to report ADRs from the Covid vaccines, as compared to other vaccines. What do we see? A HUGE and unmissable spike in ADRs in 2021 and 2022, due almost entirely to the mRNA and DNA viral vector products. Neat rows of bungalows and houses up to 2020, then two massive skyscrapers in 2021 and 22. This is not due to the sheer number of Covid vaccines administered either, because other vaccines (particularly 'flu vaccines) have been administered in similar numbers over the same periods. Case proven: the Covid 'vaccines' are NOT safe.
For a vaccine to be effective, at the very least, it should: prevent transmission and prevent infection. The Covid 'vaccines' do NOT prevent transmission. Even the CDC admits they don't. They were NEVER TESTED with regards to preventing transmission, which Pfizer has also admitted. As regards preventing infection, the data proves that the vaccinated are MORE likely to get infected - compared to the unvaccinated - after a very short window of 'protection' amounting to weeks or months after injection, which window shrinks rapidly and progressively after each booster dose, i.e. the 'vaccines' have NEGATIVE effectiveness. Even the claim that the 'vaccines' prevent hospitalisations and deaths cannot be demonstrated conclusively.

No matter that the reports may be an underestimate because we are comparing like for like, apples to apples. There's no reason to suspect that Covid vaccine ADRs have been reported in exaggerated numbers compared to other vaccines, in fact there's a strong suspicion that medical professionals have been generally LESS likely to report ADRs from the Covid vaccines, as compared to other vaccines. What do we see? A HUGE and unmissable spike in ADRs in 2021 and 2022, due almost entirely to the mRNA and DNA viral vector products. Neat rows of bungalows and houses up to 2020, then two massive skyscrapers in 2021 and 22. This is not due to the sheer number of Covid vaccines administered either, because other vaccines (particularly 'flu vaccines) have been administered in similar numbers over the same periods. Case proven: the Covid 'vaccines' are NOT safe.
For a vaccine to be effective, at the very least, it should: prevent transmission and prevent infection. The Covid 'vaccines' do NOT prevent transmission. Even the CDC admits they don't. They were NEVER TESTED with regards to preventing transmission, which Pfizer has also admitted. As regards preventing infection, the data proves that the vaccinated are MORE likely to get infected - compared to the unvaccinated - after a very short window of 'protection' amounting to weeks or months after injection, which window shrinks rapidly and progressively after each booster dose, i.e. the 'vaccines' have NEGATIVE effectiveness. Even the claim that the 'vaccines' prevent hospitalisations and deaths cannot be demonstrated conclusively.
So 'safe and effective' is a complete busted flush. They just won't admit it.
So, again: YOU WANT corporations held responsible, but you also want the people here on this list http://allaregreen.us/ to be like the surrogate Mommies and Daddies you want them to be & be The Only People to have the power TO hold them responsible?
Why? Because Constitutional Law makes it so that Only They & not We The People have decision-making power? LOL. If they had really, genuinely moved at the 'speed of science', NONE of the Covid gene-based 'vaccines' would have been authorised for use and we would not now be looking at an unmitigated public health crisis, aka an 'iatrogenocide'.
