Joel, can I just say that Covid isn't deadly to the majority of the population? From what I have read, the people who died from/with Covid were generally over the age of normal life-spans and/or were already ill from lots of things and/or were obese. My 95-year old mother-in-law brushed it off like any other cold. My auto-immune compromised nephew who can be hospitalised with tonsilitis brushed it off like any other cold. For many people it was the straw that broke the camel's back wasn't it? A few years back that would have been flu or pneumonia and nobody would have batted an eyelid.
I am glad that Allen has commented providing the data on there being no signature in the excess deaths of a novel pathogen, only of political/medical manslaughter and homicide.
So, I will just take that point as read. It doesn't matter whether the Convid "virus" exists (obviously, I don't think that it does). The important point here is that, even if it does exist, it hasn't contributed to all-cause mortality.
Second, the PCR tests are never validated and *completely* fraudulent. So, the category of "COVID death" is completely worthless.
Thus, the only data to understand are about the excess all-cause mortality, not COVID mortality.
Starting in 2021, the rise is easy to understand: It's the jab. The jabs are straight-up slow poison, sometimes with quick effects (if a clot forms and breaks free quickly, for example). The jab cannot cause COVID, which doesn't exist, but the "side" effects (i.e., the intended depopulation effects) can, in the early stages, look like an influenza (then called "COVID") and, sometimes, lead to death (then called a "COVID death").
During 2020, the reason for Sweden's win in the excess all-cause mortality is because the "pandemic" measures, and nothing else, are what kill. And Sweden instituted the fewest measures.
Our family has lived in Sweden since December 2020, having fled the jab fascists in Maskachusetts (who are reinstituting the Salem system). The level of fear here is much less than in most of the so-called developed world. Thus, there is less disease.
But Sweden did institute some measures. For example, upper high schools (ages 16-19) and universities were closed for almost a year. Many public swimming pools were closed (and saunas, which I hated!). Businesses had capacity restrictions based on 1 person / 10 square meters. Restaurants couldn't serve alcohol past 8pm or 9pm. And nursing homes had visit restrictions.
In nursing homes, where a large fraction of the deaths happened, an additional problem in Sweden compared to neighboring Norway (with fewer nursing-home deaths) was that Sweden has been staffing the nursing homes on the cheap using third-world labor. When international borders starting closing, many staff just packed up and left for their home countries fearing that if they waited they wouldn't be able to go at all. In Norway, however, which has North Sea oil money and pays more for nursing-home care, many of the nursing-home workers are more highly paid Swedes, who didn't flee.
And Sweden's institution of restriction requires some explanation. The public-health leaders here obviously knew that the virus was fake or, if they believed in the viral delusion, at least it was not dangerous. But they also knew what happened to African presidents who openly defied the sociopaths -- death from "Covid". And Sweden, since the Deep State assassination of Palme, has had a stronger NATO fifth column trying to wreck the society from the inside (cf. Sweden's Deep State framing Assange on fake rape charges in order to pave the way for his extradition to the Fourth Reich).
So, they compromised by not openly defying the sociopaths rooted in the US Deep State, pretending to "lock down" and "mandate masks" (which were actually optional in every location with the possible sole exception in all of Sweden being one of my daughters' school!). But the notion of an actual mandate is so foreign here that, when we tell Swedish friends about the mask mandates in Maskachusetts schools, they interpret it as, "Oh, it's a mandate on the school system to provide masks to anyone who wants to wear them." Swedes, where bodily autonomy is a constitutional right, just cannot understand that a school would force students to breathe through a dirty rag and suffocate themselves.
Yes covid is dangerous for some just like the flu is. But only those who are close to death from other health issues. And that was known from the start.

What your data shows is the vaccines do not stop covid... recall only 8% of “covid deaths” can be attributed to covid as 92% had significant comorbidities... its true that stress that is a small impact to most can have a large effect when you already have comorbidities... but your data shows the vaccines have not helped that at all.. and we know that much of the “covid deaths” are due to poor treatments protocols..
Swedens success would be attributed to efforts gone to multiple strategies rather than reliance on just one..vaccines..

In Britain the government are not at all interested in our increasing percentage of excess deaths. There is silence and accusations of "conspiracy theorist!" to those who ask questions. That's only strange if one is of the opinion that they really are trying to save lives. Given the hysteria over the virus, one would envisage a frantic sense of emergency and real action over this. I judge their intentions by the outcomes. And now the question lurks.....what are we going to do?

Great info. I remember in the early days of Covid, Belgium reported double the amount of Covid deaths then the Netherlands. Never believed it. Very much depends on how deaths are recorded, which is different per country. Total excess deaths paint an entirely different picture. Fully agree that excess deaths are the only reliable indicator.
