I am not a lawyer and even though I work at a job that is unionized, I don't understand any of the laws surrounding a union...I just know they don't really care about individuals, just the power that comes from being a union. But I would definitely ask my union (if you have one) about why the union is not supporting you...if you are not unionized you are just an at will employee here in the US...they can fire you at anytime without cause.

Then he trumped up misconduct to managers above my supervisor/manager such that he denied me any chance of rebuttal, so I got fired in the worst way, after hours during an unscheduled phone call and then having all access turned off after the unscheduled phone call, and there wasn't even a written complaint, just a verbal concern. As someone close to 50, I have seen that used as a cutoff date in some countries. It seems to matter very little whether you are in good health or not. I am disturbed by the general view of Martin Kuldorrf and his LinkedIn article. While he is vocal about Fauci’s specific policies, he supports public health mandates as long as they are age-stratified. Public health policies that don’t take into consideration bio-individuality and sovereignty of each person will fail, whether age-stratified or not.
As someone close to 50, I have seen that used as a cutoff date in some countries. It seems to matter very little whether you are in good health or not. I spend a reasonable amount of my free time reading up on nutrition, I do some intermittent fasting, a good amount of exercise. All of those will serve me a lot better than some crappy experimental vaccine for something that has a 99.97% survival rate for my age group.
NO MANDATE FOR ANY VACCINE IS LEGAL, let alone one for an experimental no long term safety data one.
