I’m not aware he’s had much success with his various legal challenges. He was certainly right on top of the issues from the very start. Here’s one of his videos from March 2020
It was first postulated around 1925 that smoking cigarettes caused lung cancer but it took until 1998 before 46 state attorney generals achieved a settlement with Big Tobacco on the basis of recovering Medicaid costs. Even now the product is on the market but advertising and promotion is strictly controlled and of course smoking was never mandated as a public health intervention.
I’m not aware that any state AG has yet taken on the fight against Covid vaccines. More power to David Martin’s elbow but I think it will take decades.
